Over the last 6 months that I have been practicing Yoga she has been a great guide in helping perfect our alignment with each asana through special weekly tutorial classes. Another unique aspect is the step by step guidance on how to glide to the final position of the asana, it truly helps deepen each stretch and ensure the right group of muscles are engaged. Our classes do not feel like they are happening digitally, she can so accurately gaze any error and help us correct our asana. Finally irrespective of whether you are a beginner to yoga or an advanced student from any part of the world, Yoga-Darshini has a perfect teacher Aruna to guide.

In any learning environment trust is vital, but more so in physio-psychological activities like yoga. Her instructional style secures that trust instantly. In short, she is a truly great teacher.

In her method the emphasis is on practice and accuracy. This is unlike my experience in previous attempts at yoga programs, where too much speed or too much attention to some theory of the universe, or too many unfamiliar Sanskrit names repeated without explanation, drove me away. Personally it's been fascinating for me to see how so much delight and composure can be gained by skillfully operating the complex system of levers that is the human body.
